Nothing contained in the Goated application should be construed as:

  • Individualized nutrition counseling
  • Treatment or cure for any health condition

4. AI-Generated Content

Coaches available through the Goated platform are independent fitness professionals. While we encourage coaches to maintain appropriate certifications, you should:

  • Not rely on coach advice as a substitute for medical care
  • Inform your coach of any medical conditions or limitations

6. Blood Test Integration

  • Blood test results shown in the app are for informational purposes only

  • Any GP referral letters generated are informational and subject to doctor review

10. No Liability

GOATED COACHING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, OR HEALTH COMPLICATION ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Following dietary recommendations or calorie targets
  • Performing exercises shown or suggested in the app
  • Relying on AI-generated content or recommendations
  • Following advice from coaches on the platform
  • Acting on information displayed in the application

You assume full responsibility for your health decisions and actions taken based on information provided through Goated.

11. Emergency Situations

Goated is not designed for emergency situations. If you are experiencing:

  • Chest pain or heart attack symptoms
  • Severe allergic reactions
  • Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
  • Any medical emergency

Call emergency services immediately (999 in UK, 911 in US, 112 in EU) or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not use this app for emergency medical guidance.
